I intentionally searched for a female African-American OB-GYN to avoid the documented poor experience African-American women often experience with health care professionals; I was delighted to find Dr. Jean. The office is inviting and clean. The front desk staff and additional staff are pleasant and professional. Dr. Jean is attentive and actively listens to your concerns. She treats you like an individual and you never feel rushed. She does an excellent job of ensuring you walk away knowledgeable and clear on your options. My experience with Dr. Jean was more than worth the effort to find her.
